A build shop, not an agency
CODIRISE is a small engineering team in Noida. We take on a limited number of projects at a time and finish them. That is most of what there is to say about us — the rest is on the work page.
Why we exist
Most business software fails quietly
It launches, everyone is pleased, and eighteen months later half the team has gone back to spreadsheets. Not because the software broke — because it was built around a process nobody had actually watched.
We started CODIRISE in 2017 after too many rescue projects that all looked the same: a competent build, on top of a data model that made the second year impossible. So we changed where we spend the time. Discovery happens on your floor, with the people doing the work, before anything is designed.
Nine years on, the measure we care about is not how many projects we have delivered. It is how many are still running — and 92% of what we shipped in the last five years is still in daily production.

How we operate
Six commitments we put in the contract
These are not values on a wall. Each one is a clause you can hold us to.
Fixed scope, fixed price
You approve a written scope and a number before development starts. It changes only if you change the scope.
You own everything
Repository, cloud accounts, domains and data are in your name from the first commit.
Working software, fortnightly
Every two weeks you get something you can open and use, not a progress percentage.
Bad news travels fast
If a date is at risk you hear it in the weekly call, not on the deadline.
One team, few projects
We cap concurrent work so the engineer who scoped your project is the one who builds it.
Documented handover
Architecture notes and a runbook, written as we go. Another team could take over tomorrow.
We're a good fit when
- A process is being held together by spreadsheets and reminders
- Off-the-shelf software fits 70% and the other 30% is the important part
- You have someone internally who can answer questions weekly
- You want to own the system, not rent it
We're the wrong choice when
- — A configured off-the-shelf product would genuinely do the job
- — The requirement is a logo, a brand book or a campaign
- — Nobody internally can commit an hour a week to the project
- — The deadline is four weeks and the scope is four months
We'll tell you which column you're in on the first call.
Create. Automate. Scale.
