Using this site

You may read, print and share anything published here. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, republish substantial portions as your own, or attempt to access systems you have not been granted access to.

What is on this site

Case studies describe real projects. Figures quoted in them were measured by the client or by us at the time stated and are not a prediction of what your project will achieve. Pricing ranges are indicative; the only binding number is the one in a signed proposal.

Enquiries are not contracts

Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create an engagement, reserve capacity, or oblige either of us to proceed. Work begins when a written proposal is signed by both parties.

Intellectual property

The CODIRISE name, logo, written content and the design of this site belong to CODIRISE. Client names and logos shown in case studies remain the property of those clients and appear with permission.

For project work, ownership transfers to you: on final payment, you receive the full source code and all rights to the deliverables. We retain the right to reuse general techniques and non-confidential components, and to describe the project publicly unless the agreement says otherwise.

Confidentiality

Anything you share while scoping a project is treated as confidential whether or not an NDA is in place. We are happy to sign yours.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is error-free or continuously available. To the extent the law allows, CODIRISE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability under a project agreement is set out in that agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
