Privacy policy

What we collect

Two things. First, what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, budget range, timeline and project description. Second, anonymous page analytics — the page visited, the referring site, and a coarse country derived from your IP address. We do not set advertising cookies and we do not build a profile of you across sites.

Why we collect it

Enquiry details are used to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. Analytics are used to understand which pages are useful. That is the whole list. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a Supabase Postgres database with row-level security enabled, hosted in the Asia-Pacific region. Only authenticated CODIRISE administrators can read them. Traffic to this site is served through Cloudflare, which processes request metadata to deliver and protect the site.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Records relating to a signed engagement are kept for seven years, because tax law requires it. Analytics records are aggregated after 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@codirise.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, the same rights apply to you under the GDPR; if you are in India, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act.

Cookies

This site sets no third-party cookies. A single first-party value is stored in your browser's session storage to stop the enquiry form being submitted repeatedly by accident. It is cleared when you close the tab.

Third parties

We use Supabase for the database, Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, and Google Fonts for typography. Each processes limited data on our behalf under its own terms. We do not use tracking pixels from social networks.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change affects existing enquiries, contact you directly.
